When I was in middle school, my mother was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
I watched her take ten pills at a time, every day. I watched her wait months just to see a doctor. And as her son, there was nothing I could do. That feeling of helplessness has stayed with me ever since.
So I made a promise: to connect the people I love with the right doctor, faster.
