Medical Doctor (M.D.)
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Medical Doctor (M.D.) to join our growing team.
This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and ongoing patient management. The M.D. will work closely with patients and the care team to deliver high-quality, personalized care while contributing to an innovative and technology-enabled healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across a range of ages and backgrounds

Perform physical examinations and diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Develop, implement, and manage individualized patient treatment plans

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory work

Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment

Provide preventive care, including health screenings, immunizations, and patient education

Refer patients to specialists as needed and coordinate care with other providers

Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the EMR system

Collaborate with nursing staff, medical assistants, and front desk teams to ensure smooth patient flow

Stay current with clinical guidelines, best practices, and continuing medical education requirements

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations
Qualifications
-
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty

Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain one)

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Current DEA registration

Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach

Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Preferred

Bilingual in English and Korean

Prior experience in an outpatient or primary care setting

Experience working in a multi-specialty group practice
