Nurse Practitioner (NP)
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team.
This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and ongoing patient management. The NP will work closely with patients and the care team to deliver high-quality, personalized care while contributing to an innovative and technology-enabled healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment

Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)

Conduct physical exams and preventive care visits

Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans

Document patient encounters using EMR (eClinicalWorks preferred)

Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff

Educate patients on treatment plans and lifestyle modifications

Participate in wellness and weight management programs

Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
Qualifications
Required
-
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in NY or NJ (or license-eligible)

Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred

Experience in primary care or family medicine

EMR experience (eClinicalWorks preferred)
-
Bilingual (Korean, Spanish, etc.) is a plus
Compensations & Benefits

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year
