We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. This role provides comprehensive primary care services in an on-site clinic setting, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and weight management. The NP will work closely with patients and the care team to deliver high-quality, personalized care while contributing to an innovative and technology-enabled healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operation & Team Leaderships

Hire, onboard, train, and manage front-desk and clinical support staff

Oversee daily practice operations, including reception, scheduling, and provider workflows

Enforce DoctorHere policies, procedures, and compliance standards (including HIPAA)

Coordinate staff meetings, huddles, and performance reviews

Communicate operational issues and roadblocks to DoctorHere leadership
Financial & Clinic Management

Support budget planning and monitor supply and equipment inventory

Track front-end revenue-cycle metrics (co-pay collection, insurance verification, authorizations, referrals)

Assist with onboarding new physicians, new locations, and space planning as the practice grows

Review operational dashboards to track performance and flag trends needing attention
Clinical & Quality Support

Partner with clinical leadership to support quality initiatives (e.g., MIPS reporting) and close gaps in care

Ensure clinical in-baskets and open encounters are managed in a timely manner

Maintain documentation of practice licensures and certifications
Patient Experience

Champion a warm, professional patient experience at every touchpoint

Monitor patient feedback, resolve issues, and reinforce service best practices

Optimize patient access and provider scheduling to minimize delays

Partner with billing and patient access teams to support a seamless patient journey
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-physician practice environment

Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills

Demonstrated or emerging leadership ability — able to develop, guide, and coach a team

Ability to build effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and patients
Preferred

Prior experience managing a medical office or multi-site healthcare practice

Familiarity with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)

Bilingual (Korean, Spanish, etc.) is a plus
